Michelle A. “Missie” Herrington

Michelle A. “Missie” Herrington, 47, of Saxonburg passed away Tuesday at her home.

Born June 5, 1968, in Kittanning, she was the daughter of Jack J. Patterson and Mary “Reggie” Blondeaux Patterson.

Missie had worked as an appliance specialist for Lowe's.

She was a member of the Saxonburg VFW. She enjoyed hunting.

Surviving are her mother, Mary Blondeaux Patterson of Saxonburg; two sons, Justin (Brittany) Herrington of South Carolina and Garrett Herrington of South Carolina; her grandson, Justin Herrington Jr.; her boyfriend, Tony Sobotka of Saxonburg; her aunts and uncles, Gerri Payne of Ford City, Sally and Ron McGregor of Rural Valley, Mary Ziegler of Rural Valley and George and Gloria Patterson of New Bethlehem; numerous cousins; and her dog, Bubba.

She is preceded in death by her father, Jack J. Patterson.

HERRINGTON — Friends of Michelle A. “Missie” Herrington, who died Tuesday, March 15, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the Fox Funeral Home, Saxonburg. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.Donations may be made to the funeral home at www.foxfuneralhomeinc.com.
