Anna Mularchik

Anna Mularchik, 96, of Butler died Thursday morning at her home.

Born May 16, 1919, in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Paul Mularchik and Mary (Redko) Mularchik.

Anna had worked for Nationwide Insurance for 27 years, retiring in 1984. She previously had worked at Montgomery Ward in Butler.

She was a member of St. Andrew Orthodox Church in Lyndora and the Sisterhood of the Altar at St. Andrews.

Surviving are her nephew, David (Beverly) Mularchik of Broadview Heights, Ohio; one great-nephew, Geoffrey (Denise) Mularchik of Parma, Ohio; one great-niece, Gayle (Michael) Jonas of Parma, Ohio; two great-great-nieces, Madeline Jonas and Caitlyn Mularchik; and one great-great-nephew, David Mularchik.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Paul Mularchik Jr. and John Mularchik.

MULARCHIK — Friends of Anna Mularchik, who died Thursday, March 10, 2016, will be received from 9 to 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Andrew Orthodox Church, 201 Penn Ave., Lyndora.Funeral services will follow at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church. The Rev. Joseph Wargo, pastor, will officiate. Internment will follow in the Northside Cemetery, Butler.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Sisterhood of the Altar at St. Andrew Orthodox Church, 201 Penn Ave., Lyndora, PA 16045.
