Johanna T. Kirmeyer
Johanna T. Kirmeyer, 89, of Evans City passed away Monday.
Born Oct. 23, 1926, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Melanie Ketterer.
Johanna was an avid Steelers fan who loved to play bingo and visit the casino. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her daughter, Marylou (Fred) Kerestury of Gibsonia; her daughter-in-law, Siggie Kirmeyer of Evans City; her grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Michalik, Frederick and Meghan Kerestury and Jena and Payge Kirmeyer; and her great-grandchildren, Shannon, Nicole, Michael, Tyler and Alex.
In addition to her parents, Johanna was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Kirmeyer Sr., who passed away Aug. 19, 2011; her daughter, Carol Schilling; her son, William F. Kirmeyer Jr.; her granddaughter, Christine Schilling; her sister, Esther Brosi; and her brother, Charles Ketterer.
KIRMEYER — The family of Johanna T. Kirmeyer, who died Monday, Feb. 29, 2016, will welcome friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Boylan Funeral Home, 116 E. Main St., Evans City.A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Matthias Catholic Church, 417 E.
