Kem Ann Ziegler
Kem Ann Ziegler, 55, of Butler passed away Tuesday at her home after a long struggle with Crohns Disease.
She was born April 18, 1960, in Butler to William and Anna Mae Ziegler.
She attended Butler High School. Hummingbirds fascinated her. She enjoyed gardening, crafts and singing karaoke. She was a die-hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
The one thing she loved was her children and grandchildren.
Kem is survived by her parents, William and Anna Mae Ziegler of Evans City; her two children, Amanda Hoopes of Tempe, Ariz., and Brian Michael of Omaha, Neb.; her companion, Perry Thomas; and her four grandchildren, Ronald, Debra, Jonathan and Alivia.
She also is survived by her six siblings, Tammy, Kim, Bill, Denise, Stacey and Kevin, and their families.
ZIEGLER — Friends and family of Kem Ann Ziegler, who died Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2016, will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. today and from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Kinsey-Volz Funeral Home, Evans City, where funeral services will follow at 3 p.m.Burial will be at St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery, Connoquenessing.Memorial donations may be made to the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America.
