Timothy J. Myers

Timothy J. Myers, 56, of Butler passed away Friday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born July 22, 1959, in Butler, he was a son of Kenneth Meyers and the late Patricia (Graham) Meyers.

He was a 1978 graduate of Butler High School. Following graduation, he attended Lincoln Welding School. He apprenticed with Local Steamfitters Union 449 and was employed there for 35 years.

He was a member of St. Peter Roman Catholic Church in Butler. He was also a member of the Butler Vagabonds.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and hunting, boating and water skiing.

Surviving are his wife, Linda (Hesky) Myers, who he married Sept. 1, 1984; his daughter, Ashley; his son, Kevin Myers, both at home; his sisters and brothers, Diane Weiland, Elaine Bonus, Terry Myers, Dennis Myers and Tina Hetrick, all of Butler; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia L. Myers, who passed away April 23, 2014.
