Donna Schwarz, 75, of Crestview passed away Monday.

She was born Nov. 22, 1940, in Butler to Joseph and Virginia Betres. Donna moved to Crestview in 1986 with her family.

Donna worked with the Okaloosa County Health Department until 1993, before retiring.

She was very active in her church, Our Lady of Victory and the Senior Circle.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Schwarz; and one great-grandson, Evan Wolfe.

Survivors include her children, Kelly Schwarz and his wife, Teresa, of Pace, Fla., Becky Tillman and her husband, Tony, of Crestview, Fla., and John Eric Schwarz and his wife, Heather, of Crestview, Fla.; her sisters, Joanne Fittro and her husband, William, and Jamie Khoury and her husband, Sohiel, all of Parkersburg, W.Va.; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; Donna's longtime friend, Julia Barger; and numerous, nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
