Eva J. Holfman
Eva J. Holfman, 77, of Fenelton, formerly of Valencia, passed away Saturday at the Chicora Medical Center.
Born Oct. 22, 1938, in Dorseyville, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Thomas D. and Eva Brown Taylor.
She was the owner of Holfman Firearms for 14 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Dawn Strobel and her husband, Kevin, of Fenelton and Susan Leonberg of Portersville; one son, Peter Holfman and his wife, Becky, of Cape Coral, Fla.; one daughter-in-law, Kathy Holfman of Slippery Rock; nine grandchildren, Shawn, Kari and Steven Strobel, Thomas and Hannah Holfman, Levi and Loran Leonberg and John and Joe Holfman.
She is also survived by two brothers, Harvey Taylor and his wife, Geri, of Tennessee and Ernie Taylor and his wife, Bobbie, of Butler; and one sister, Mrs. Anne Parker of Butler.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel F. Holfman, who passed away March 12, 2014; one son, Sam Holfman; and two brothers, David Taylor and Tom Taylor.
HOLFMAN — Friends of Eva J. Holfman, who died Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Martin Funeral Home, 429 Center Ave., Butler.A memorial service will be at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Homeacre Chapel, 340 Whitestown Road, Butler, with the Rev.
