Marylou Moorhead, 71, of Butler passed away Tuesday at VNA Inpatient Hospice.

She was born Aug. 17, 1944, in Butler, the daughter of the late Glenn Space and Irene (Twentier) Space.

Surviving are her husband, Charles (Charlie) Moorhead, who she married Nov. 14, 1964; two sons, Steven C. (Lori) Moorhead of Butler and Douglas G. (Heidi) Moorhead of Guys Mills, Pa.; four grandchildren, Emily, Jeremy, Dane and Liliane; and her sister, Janet (Jon) Renno of Slippery Rock.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Lewis Space.

MOORHEAD — Friends of Marylou Moorhead, who died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler.Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mary Kitchen of North Butler Presbyterian Church officiating.
