Beatrice M. Cypher, 95 of Winfield Township, Cabot, passed away Tuesday at Sugar Creek Rest, surrounded by her loving family.

Born April 5, 1920, in Winfield Township, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Beulah (Savage) Cypher.

Beatrice was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, where she was active in the Christian Mothers. She enjoyed gardening, fishing and canning. Beatrice loved her family.

Surviving are her loving children, Edward S. (Dixie) Cypher of Cabot, Larry Cypher of Cabot, Michael L. (Cindy) Cypher of Cabot and Ella M. (William) Kern of Fredericksburg, Va.; 13 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward J. Cypher; her son, Steven L. Cypher; seven sisters; and two brothers.

CYPHER — A Mass of Christian burial for Beatrice M. Cypher, who died Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2016, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, 821 Herman Road, Butler, with the Rev. Ward Stakem, OMF Cap., officiating.
