Korean War vet’s remains returnedHARRISBURG — The remains of a soldier killed in the Korean War have been returned to his family in Pennsylvania more than 65 years after he was declared missing in action.Three generations of Cpl. Kenneth Stuck’s family looked on Thursday as a military honor guard escorted his flag-draped coffin from a plane at Harrisburg International Airport to a waiting hearse.Stuck’s brother, Clarence Stuck, said that his brother’s remains were recovered as part of a swap for the remains of North Korean troops held by South Korea.Stuck’s funeral will be held Saturday. He’ll be buried in Hummelstown.Gov. Tom Wolf ordered flags lowered to half-staff until Saturday night.

Officers will carry nasal-spray antidoteMEDIA — Police officers in a suburban Philadelphia county will soon be the first to carry a newly approved easy-to-administer version of the drug that reverses heroin and prescription painkiller overdoses.The district attorney and police chiefs from Delaware County are planning a news conference Friday to discuss the decision to equip officers with Narcan in nasal spray form.The U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the new version of the life-saving drug known generically as naloxone in November.The nasal spray is being distributed by Adapt Pharma Inc., which is in Delaware County. A company spokesman confirms the county is its first customer for the spray.Naloxone was previously approved only in injectable forms, though the FDA says first responders have widely used atomizers to convert it into a spray.
