Elva L. Johnson, 95, of Worthington passed away at 12:35 p.m. Thursday at ACMH Hospital.

She was born June 19, 1920, in Rimersburg to the late Clifford Culberston and Thelma (Eisenhuth) Culberston.

Mrs. Johnson worked as a dietitian in the VA hospital in Butler retiring in 1980.

She was a Methodist. Mrs. Johnson enjoyed camping and was former member of the Good Sam Camping Club.

She is survived by one daughter, Doris A. Darrell of Mars; 12 grandchildren; a number of great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Carl Simpson, who passed away on July 24, 1944; her second husband, Clarence Johnson, who passed away July 14, 1990; two sons, James and Carl Simpson; one grandson, William Darrell Jr.; one brother; and one sister.

JOHNSON — There will be no public visitation or funeral service for Elva L. Johnson, who died Thursday, Dec. 17, 2015.
