Wallace G. Webb

Wallace G. Webb, 83, of Butler passed away at 1:34 a.m. Thursday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

He was born June 21, 1932, in Slippery Rock to the late Archibald Webb and Dolores (Miller) Webb.

Wallace was a crane operator at Armco, Butler Works. Then he worked as a greeter at Walmart in Butler.

He was a Presbyterian. Wallace was a woodworker and loved putting up his Christmas lights. He loved his family.

Wallace is survived by his wife, Hazel J. Webb, whom he married Nov. 28, 1952; one daughter, Wanda L. Delu of Butler; three sons, Robert L. Webb and his wife, Bonnie, of Pulaski, Pa., Dale L. Webb of Bessemer, Pa., and Ricky G. Webb and his wife, Rhonda, of Spring Lake, N.C.; 14 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Chester Webb and his wife, Linda, of Sunrise, Ariz.; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one great-grandchild; and three brothers.

WEBB — Friends of Wallace G. Webb, who died Thursday, Dec. 17. 2015, will be received from 4 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, 124 E. North St., Butler, with the Rev.
