WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Rep. Mike Kelly, R-3rd, of Butler has announced 20 nominees from his congressional district to attend the U.S. military academies.

Nominees from Butler County are Noah Bower of Freeport High School, Max Campoli of Northwestern Preparatory School/Seneca Valley High School, Melissa Carter of Seneca Valley, Anchor Losch of Butler High School, Alex Madonna of New Mexico Military Institute/Seneca Valley, Cameron Rossi of Seneca Valley and Justin Rossi of Seneca Valley.

The candidates completed an application process and were interviewed by Kelly’s independent military academy advisory board, whose members include veterans and academy alumni from the Third Congressional District.

“It is an honor and privilege to nominate these individuals from throughout our district to these elite schools, and I am confident that they will each go on to become exceptional American leaders,” Kelly said.
