Kathryn R. Wilker

Kathryn R. Wilker, 96, of Slippery Rock passed away Sunday at the Transitions Healthcare Autumn Grove, Harrisville, following a short illness.

Kathryn was born June 5, 1919, in Pittsburgh. She was the daughter of the late Christian Henry and the late Mary Rodway Wilker. She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.

Kathryn retired from the food service department at Slippery Rock University.

Kathryn is survived by one sister, Helen Dicks; three nieces, Mary Kennedy, Mary Ann Cook and Cheryl Stitch; one nephew, George Wilker; three great-nieces, Kristine Druckenmiller, Colleen Cook and Holly Cook; one great-great-niece, Nikola Park; and three great-great-nephews, Dasius Druckenmiller, Keith Stitch and Scott Stitch.

Kathryn was preceded in death by two brothers, two sisters and three nephews.

WILKER — Friends of Kathryn R. Wilker, who died Sunday, Nov. 22, 2015, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the William F. Young Funeral Home, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev.
