Juanita Shoup

Juanita Shoup, 85, of Cabot passed away Thursday at the Good Samaritan Hospice.

Born April 25, 1930, in Idabel, Okla., she was the daughter of the late William I. Sanders and Lena (Robinson) Sanders.

Juanita worked for Concordia Lutheran Ministries for 33 years.

She was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Cabot. She enjoyed sewing and quilting.

Surviving are her loving husband, William Howard Shoup, who she married March 6, 1947; her son, William C. Shoup and his wife, Janet, of Greensburg; her daughter, Brenda Watson and her husband, Charlie, of Saxonburg; her brother, Gene Sanders of Louisiana; her sister, Ivy Mulkey of Albuquerque, N.M., five grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six sisters and two brothers.

SHOUP — Friends of Juanita Shoup, who died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Fox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Barry Keurulainen officiating.
