Four young women were crowned at the 2016 Miss Butler County, Miss Butler County's Outstanding Teen, Miss Moraine State and Miss Moraine State's Outstanding Teen pageant.

The winners were Miss Butler County LeAnn Penn, Miss Butler County's Outstanding Teen Madison Smith, Miss Moraine State Lindsey Lenhart and Miss Moraine State's Outstanding Teen Michaila Rae Devore.

The pageant was held at Succop Theater on the Butler County Community College campus.

The winners will advance to the Miss Pennsylvania/America and Miss Pennsylvania Outstanding Teen/America pageants.
