[naviga:h3]Harmony Museum plans flea market[/naviga:h3]

HARMONY — The Harmony Museum flea market will be from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 28 in the museum’s Stewart Hall at 218 Mercer St.

Food will be available. Proceeds will benefit museum operations.

Clean, quality items for the museum’s sale table may be left at the Stewart Hall entrance Wednesday and Friday. Clothing and appliances will not be accepted.

[naviga:h3]Artisan Marketplace reopens in Zelie[/naviga:h3]

ZELIENOPLE — Artisan Marketplace, a mission of the Presbyterian Women of Beaver-Butler Presbytery, 134B S. Main St., will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and immediately after the Christmas Parade Nov. 28.

International fair trade gifts will include nativities, angels, handcrafted ornaments, jewelry, kitchen and decorative gifts.

PROSPECT — The Prospect Public Library, 357 N. Main St., announced the following events:

10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, walk-in craft day for children of all ages

1 to 3 p.m. Nov. 28, Lego competition for children up to age 13

4 p.m. third Wednesday of each month, Little House series book club at the Old Stone House

7 p.m. third Monday of each month, Teen Advisory Board for all students in grades 6-12; pizza will be provided

Wednesdays and Fridays, fall story time for children up to age 5 will continue until Dec. 11; winter story time will return Jan. 20.

[naviga:h3]Crèche exhibition returns to church[/naviga:h3]

GROVE CITY — The annual crèche show of Grace United Methodist Church, 210 South St, will be during the first week of December.

Hundreds of crèches and many Christmas decorations will be on display in the church basement to celebrate and honor the start of the Christmas season.

The times and dates of this free show are 4 to 8 p.m. Dec. 3, noon to 8 p.m. Dec. 4, noon to 8 p.m. Dec. 5, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 6 and noon to 8 p.m. Dec. 12 during Olde Town Grove City Lights Up the Night.

MARS — The Children’s Holiday Party at the Mars Public Library, 107 Grand Ave., will be from noon to 2 p.m. Dec. 5.

At the event, visitors of all ages can welcome Santa and Dotty the miniature horse.

[naviga:h3]Autism center offers new program[/naviga:h3]

ZELIENOPLE — Dr. Russell Johnson will speak to parents of middle school students at 6 p.m. Dec. 9 at Parents in Toto Autism Resource Center, 143 S. Main St.

He will explain a curriculum that has helpful practices for verbal individuals on the autism scale.

The curriculum uses visual cues and reminder phrases related to behavior and communication.
