Alice Luanne “Sissy” McKeever

Alice Luanne “Sissy” McKeever, 58, of Butler passed away Wednesday at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born June 11, 1957, in Butler, she was the daughter of Janice Faye (Cashdollar) and the late James Louis McKeever.

Alice was a graduate of the Clarence Brown Community School in Butler. She enjoyed going to the mall and shopping. Alice especially loved going to the ABBA House to spend time with her friends and the staff. She absolutely adored the staff at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother, Janice Faye (Cashdollar) McKeever of Butler; her sisters, Sallie (Bill) Shipley of Evans City, Kathy (Dave) Seekford of Slippery Rock, Darla (Spike) Gates of Evans City and Janalee (Vince) Codispot of Butler; her brothers, James (Laura) McKeever of California and Henry (Kellie) Iman of Meridian; and her six beloved nephews, Roy, Vinnie, Nathan, Ian, Johnny and Jimmie.

In addition to her father, Alice was preceded in death by her best friend, Frankie Ruman Jr.

MCKEEVER — A memorial service in honor of Alice Luanne “Sissy” McKeever, who died Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2015, will be later at the Nursing and Rehabilitation Center at the discretion of the family and officiated by the Rev. Bob Goossen, pastor of the Callery Crestview Community Church.If desired, memorial donations may be made in her honor to the Golden Opportunities Adult Day Program, formerly known as the ABBA House, 708 Whitestown Road, Butler, PA 16001.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Boylan Funeral Home, 116 E. Main St., Evans City.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with the family at www.boylanfamilyservices.com.
