Christine Wells

Christine Wells, 63, of East Butler passed away Tuesday at the Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born Oct. 4, 1952, in Pittsburgh, to June (Porter) Bush and the late Edward Bush.

Christine was Protestant by faith. She was a member of SEIU Union of Sunnyview Rehabilitation and Nursing Home. Christine enjoyed sewing, quilting, gardening and yard sales.

Christine is survived by one son, Thomas L. Wells and his fiancee, Kayla Smith, of Chicora; one daughter, Julie F. Dayton and her husband, Larry, of Gibsonia; seven grandchildren, Logan, Cameron and Kasey Wells, Pacey and Kellen Rakoci, Kennedy Adams and Shane Millikan; her mother, June (Porter) Bush; two brothers, Rick Bush and his wife, Camille, and Eric Bush, both of Texas; one sister, Rene Yates and her husband, Robert, of New York; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Wells Sr., who died April 17, 1986, and her son, Ronald Wells Jr.

WELLS — Friends of Christine Wells, who died Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2015, will be received from noon to 2 p.m. Sunday at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.A memorial service will immediately follow at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Mary J.
