Mars Public Library presents Tom Dudzick’s play “Over the Tavern” performed by the Northern Lights Theater Company at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the library’s community room at 107 Grand Ave. Tickets are $15 for adults and $8 for senior citizens and children. Saxonburg native Allison Cahill will portray a charity worker, the Ghost of Christmas Past and the character Peg in Pittsburgh CLO’s 24th annual production of “A Musical Christmas Carol.” The show is scheduled Dec. 4 to 23 at the Byham Theater, 101 Sixth St. Tickets are $30.75 to $60.75 with half-price tickets available for children ages 3 to 14.
