[naviga:h3]Flashlight Candy Cane Hunt slated[/naviga:h3]

The Butler County Parks and Recreation Department will host the annual Flashlight Candy Cane Hunt from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Nov. 21 at the Carousel Shelter of Alameda Park, 184 Alameda Park Road.

The hunt is for toddlers and children up to age 10. Clues will guide the group to the candy canes, which will be exchanged for a treat.

There is a rumor that a very special man will visit the event.

Take a flashlight.

Advance registration is required at the Butler County Parks and Recreation Department in Alameda Park.

SLIPPERY ROCK — A healing service will be at 7 pm. Wednesday at the Slippery Rock Municipal Building, 155 N. Branchton Road, with the Rev. David Hogan. It is sponsored by Abba Ministries.
