COUNTYButler Ghost Walk will take place at 7:30 p.m. today and Saturday beginning in Diamond Park. The event takes spectators on a 60-minute guided walking tour. Participants will hear about the ghosts from Butler’s historic past through tour guide Bill May’s stories of Sam Mohawk, Ghosts of the Old Hospital, The Haunted Elevator, The Chinese Laundry Murder, and the Phantom Civil War Regiment, among others. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 724-256-9026 or sending e-mail to butlerghostwalk@gmail.com. Cost is $10 per person. All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.Butler County Historical Society’s Senator Walter Lowrie House Museum isclosed for October to set up for a Civil War in Pennsylvania exhibit. PITTSBURGHNational Aviary, 700 Arch St., features creatures of the night at Owl-O-Ween, its annual harvest festival celebration, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Call 412-258-9445 to register. The Wings & Wildlife Art Show and Marketplace returns Nov. 7 and 8. Aviary hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
