Arthur Frank Weidenhof

Arthur Frank Weidenhof, 55, of William Flinn Highway, Slippery Rock, Mercer Township, passed away Monday.

He was born Oct. 15, 1959, in Butler to Walter Alfred and Masako Kaneko Weidenhof.

He married Lutie Marie Clausen on July 1, 1994.

He was employed by Quickbeam in Boyers.

He attended the Harrisville United Methodist Church and was a U.S. Air Force veteran.

He belonged to the West Sunbury American Legion and the Grove City Sportsman Club. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Arthur is survived by his wife, Lutie; his son, Sam and his wife, Megan, Plunkard; his daughter, Melissa Harris; his mother, Masako Kaneko; two sisters, Arleen Reid and Annette and her husband, Paul, Rhodes; and five grandchildren, Taylor, Christian, Hannah, Ian and Clara.

He was preceded in death by his father and his brother, Alan.

WEIDENHOF — A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Friday at the Smith Funeral Home, 421 New Castle St., Slippery Rock, with the Rev. Jeff Cantor, pastor, officiating.The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until the time of service at 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
