EAST BRADY — The East Brady Area Development Corporation held its monthly meeting last week, and announced two annual programs that will be held in coming months.

The organization’s We Believe Christmas Open Houses will be held this year on Nov. 13 and 14; and Light-Up Night will be held on Dec. 5.

The organization is also working on plans for landscaping work at the site of the former Route 68 bridge, and announced that its annual meeting will be held at 6 p.m. on Nov. 1, at the Allegheny Hills Retirement Residence, where elections will be held and the organization’s monthly board meeting will follow at 6:30 p.m.

The corporation also announced that, in conjunction with Light-Up Night, it is offering memorial or veterans ornaments that can be customized with the name of the person to be honored or memorialized. The ornaments will be displayed on the lighted trees at Veteran’s Park on Light-Up Night.
