Playground equipped
The Rotary Club of Butler installed new playground equipment at the Institute Hill Playground on Saturday.
The equipment is part of a $100,000 renovation project, which also includes a new pavilion, fencing, parking and a walkway.
A number of club members were in attendance to help install the equipment, which will be cemented in place Monday.
Club president Dale Pinkerton said memorial bricks that will be placed in a walkway are still for sale for a $75 donation. The bricks include three lines of text.
