John A. Lestyk
With beautiful memories of my precious husband, John A, Lestyk, who was born into Eternal Life fourteen years ago today.
My dear Mouse,
Fourteen years have passed since you’ve been by my side,
I can’t count the times or the tears that I cried.
We had it all planned; we would be man and wife,
And make dreams come true for the rest of our lives.
But Illness came in, and he took all those dreams,
At least in my mind, that’s the way that it seems.
Then God took you Home, gave you such sweet relief.
And I spent a long time just drowning in grief.
God saw I was shattered, so He touched my heart.
And in His great mercy, gave me a new start.
The man He provided is such a good man.
I’m grateful to God, and I trust in His plan.
We honor your memory; it makes me so glad,
To share such respect for the life that we had.
And you’re still alive in my heart; this is true.
A special place, cozy and warm, just for you.
The love that we shared transcends all time and space.
Death does not prevail; love just can’t be erased.
I’ll love you forever,
Your Mouse
