CLARION COUNTY — A state police report early Wednesday incorrectly stated a Harrisville man had died in a motorcycle accident.

However, Shawn M. Green, 31, did suffer life-threatening injuries Tuesday when he crashed his motorcycle on Route 322, according to an updated report from the state police in Clarion.

Green crashed his Yamaha Maxim 650 motorcycle near the intersection with Maple Drive about 3:45 p.m.

He was taken to UPMC Presbyterian hospital in Pittsburgh.

A spokesman for the hospital said Wednesday that Green was in critical condition.
