Lois June Hildebrand Butera
Lois June Hildebrand Butera, 85, of Cabot passed away Saturday at Forbes Regional Hospital, Monroeville, Pa.
Lois was born Oct. 10, 1929, in Phillipsburg, Pa., to the late Charles Edgar and Mary Jane Eboch Gutschall. She graduated from Har-Brack High School.
She worked as a dietary aid at the Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot, retiring in 2012 after 14 years of service.
She enjoyed playing bingo, old movies and especially enjoyed doing crossword puzzles.
She is survived by her two sons, John R. (Beverly) Hildebrand of Sarver and David C. (Therese) Hildebrand of Saxonburg; four grandchildren, Shawn (Anna) Hildebrand, David W. Hildebrand, Michael P. (Jessica) Hildebrand and Mary E. Hildebrand; and four great-grandchildren, Chad, Justin, Jenna and Karen Hildebrand.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Sherman R. Hildebrand, who passed June 22, 1989; her second husband, Joseph John Butera, who passed April 9, 1998; two brothers, Robert and Donald Gutschall; and an infant sister.
BUTERA — The family and friends of Lois June Hildebrand Butera, who died Saturday, Aug. 29, 2015, were invited from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. today at the ROBERT PETERS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, where services followed at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev.
