Daryl K. McWilliams
Daryl K. McWilliams, 63, of Fenelton passed away at 3:17 p.m. Friday at UPMC Passavant Hospital, Babcock Boulevard, Pittsburgh, following a long illness.
He was born May 2, 1952, in Butler, the son of the late Victor McWilliams and Dorothy Minteer McWilliams.
He retired Nov. 1, 2014, from Fuellgraf Electric Co., where he worked as a warehouse manager.
Daryl enjoyed camping and spending time with his family and camping with friends.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Groves McWilliams, who he married on March 23, 1974; his daughter, Mindy Silsley and her husband, Ed, of New Kensington, Pa.; his son, Michael McWilliams and his wife, Jessica, of New Kensington, Pa.; his grandchildren, Anthony Silsley, Jonathan Silsley, Landon McWilliams and George McWilliams.
He also is survived by his sister, Donna Anthony of Fenelton; his father-in-law, Leo Groves of Fenelton; his brother-in-law, Donald and his wife, Kay, Groves of Butler; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one half-brother, Billy Moser.
MCWILLIAMS — Friends of Daryl K. McWilliams, who died Friday, Aug. 7, 2015, are being received from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the THOMAS M. STEIGHNER FUNERAL HOME, 111 E. Slippery Rock and Main streets, Chicora.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mark Wallace officiating. Interment will follow at the Worthington Lutheran Cemetery, Worthington.
