In memory of our son and brother Jim Regal who passed away 10 years ago today.

What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness,

A longing for you, your smile, a “Hey, guess what!”

We may not understand why you left this world so soon,

But little by little we begin to remember that you lived and what a good life, however short

And that your life gave us so many memories too beautiful to ever forget.

Till we meet again and you greet us with your stance and arms wide open!
