Regina H. “Honey” Weleski, 91, of Buffalo Township passed away Wednesday at Good Samaritan Hospice of Concordia, Cabot, following a three-month illness.

She was born May 16, 1924, in Harrison Township, daughter of the late Leonard and Sophia (Greczkowiak) Dobrzynski.

Regina lived most of her life in Brackenridge, where she was a homemaker. She was a member of the St. Luke Lutheran Church, Cabot. Regina organized a 500 card club for 65 years, a needlework club for 25 years and was a member of the Ambassador Club at Blessed Sacrament.

Regina enjoyed playing cards, crocheting, needle point, cooking, baking and bingo. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her son, Timothy J. (Cynthia) Weleski of Buffalo Township; her grandchildren, Tammy S. (Jason) Young of Jefferson Township and Maria J. (Brian) Bocian of Summit Township; her great-grandchildren, Aleah Young, Desiree Bocian and Noah and John Paul “J.P.” Bocian.

Also surviving are her sister, Kathy (Terry) Brocious of Greenville; her sisters-in-law, Marcella D. Dobrzynski of Natrona Heights and Fay Weleski of Tarentum; several nieces, nephews; and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, John G. Weleski in 1998 and one son, John Paul Weleski in 1994.

WELESKI — Visitation for Regina H. “Honey” Weleski, who died Wednesday, July 15, 2015, will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Duster Funeral Home, 347 E. 10th Ave., Tarentum, 724-224-1526, where services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Barry J. Keurulainen, pastor, officiating. Interment will be at the Our Lady of Hope Cemetery, Frazer Township.The family suggests contributions be made to the St. Luke Lutheran Church, Cabot.For more information, visit dusterfuneralhomeinc.com.
