The Harmony and Zelienople volunteer fire departments this morning responded to a pair of vehicle accidents on Route 19.

One person was taken by ambulance to a hospital after a vehicle hit the side of Superior Auto Glass along Route 19, just south of Rolling Hills Drive in Jackson Township.

That crash occurred at 9:52 a.m.

Penn Power was called to the scene to inspect a damaged electric meter, according to 911 reports.

While emergency crews were still at that scene, a report of a motorcycle accident in front of the Zion Church in Lancaster Township occurred at 10:08 a.m. That accident was about 8 miles north of Superior Auto Glass.

The motorcyclist was not taken to a hospital.
