David McCommon
David M. McCommon, 66, of Butler passed away Monday at his home.
Born April 2, 1949, he was a son of the late James A. and Stella (Materniak) McCommon.
He was a member of the St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, and he was a U.S. Army veteran, having served in Vietnam.
Surviving are one brother, James McCommon of Butler; four sisters, Karen (Ron) Hartman of Butler, Sandy (Jerry) Day of Parker, Linda Desmond of Butler and Dorothy (Carl) Ealy of Butler; one brother-in-law, Arron Withrow of Butler; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Thomas McCommon, and one sister, Anna Withrow.
MCCOMMON — Friends of David M. McCommon, who died Monday June 22, 2015, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at the St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St., Butler.Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Butler.
