ELDERTON — The Armstrong Force softball organization, offering girls an opportunity to play the game at a higher level, will hold tryouts Aug. 1-2.

Tryouts will be held at the Elderton Recreation Center from 8 to 10 a.m. and 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. (U-10 and U-12), 10 a.m. to noon, 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. (U-14 and U-16).
