Butler County Historical Society will sponsor a vintage baseball game at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at Kelly Automotive Park. The Pittsburgh Franklins will play the Butler Barons. Other bits of entertainment from the 1860s are planned. Tickets are available at the Butler County Historical Society, 123 W. Diamond St. Tickets are $5 for adults and $4 for senior citizens. Mars Shortline Railroad has tiny train rides available. As long as weather allows, adults and children can catch rides from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fridays and 1 to 4 p.m. Saturdays at the Mars History and Landmark Society’s restored small scale B&O Train Station south of downtown at 1 Brickyard Road. The Old Stone House will offer cooking classes. Bake oven classes are available July 18, Aug. 15 and Sept. 19. Open hearth cooking classes are July 11, Aug. 8, Sept. 12 and Oct. 10. The Old Stone House, at the intersection of Routes 8, 528, and 173 in Brady Township, is owned and operated by Slippery Rock University.

Harmony Museum, 218 Mercer St., Harmony, will be part of a wine, beer and chocolate tasting walking tour through Harmony’s historic district on July 17, with stops at specialty shops, an art gallery, bakery, restaurants and the museum’s 1809 wine cellar. The event from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. is a benefit for the Zelienople Public Library. Tour check-in and starting point is The Center of Harmony, 235 Mercer St. Tickets, $20 each including souvenir wine glass and tour map, can be purchased only by those age 21 and older from Harmony merchants, Zelienople Public Library, participating vendors, and at www.eventbrite.com. PITTSBURGH

Carnegie Science Center, North Side, hosts tours of the USS Requin submarine Aug. 9 and 23. Participants must be 15 or older. Cost is $15 for members and $20 for nonmembers. Registration is required. Call 412-237-1637.

National Aviary, 700 Arch St., has opened the Condor Court. The outdoor show “Soar!” runs at 3 p.m. daily on the SkyDeck. Aviary hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Admission is $14 for adults, $13 for senior citizens and $12 for children ages 2 to 18; shows are extra. Visit www.aviary.org.
