Janet A. Lepley

Janet A. (Cumberland) Lepley, 74, of Russellton, West Deer Township, entered into the presence of Jesus on Monday.

She was born July 12, 1940, in Butler to the late Ray B. and Pauline E. (Stevenson) Cumberland.

Janet worked in a medical administrator position at the Butler Veterans Affairs Hospital, where she worked for over 20 years. She then went to work at Butler Memorial Hospital as a clerical worker in the radiology department for several years.

A member of the Hannahstown Road Baptist Church, Jefferson Township, she enjoyed reading and helping others.

Survivors include her son, David R. Lepley with whom she lived; her great-grandson, Jackson T. Flanigan and his parents; her grandson, Tyler D. Flanigan and Elyse Silva, all of Lower Burrell; her siblings Marshall (Connie) Cumberland of Van Buren, Ohio, Garry (Evelyn) Cumberland of Butler, Diana Lynn (James) Hortert of Butler, Sharron Pengryn of Butler, Raylene Bachman of Virginia Beach, Va., Robin Cumberland of Butler, Terry (Nancy) Cumberland of Kingwood, W.Va., and Mark (Cindy) Cumberland of Butler.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William D. Lepley, and her daughter, Cynthia A. Flanigan.

LEPLEY — The family of Janet A.
