Jordan Hickey’s double in the top of the eighth inning drove in the winning run in Saxonburg’s 10-8 triumph over Center Township in legion baseball play Wednesday at Kelly Automotive Park.

Saxonburg trailed 7-3 entering the seventh before plating four runs to force the extra frame.

Mike McCarty singled, doubled and had one RBI in the victory. Garrett Traggiai singled twice and Ben Miller doubled, both driving in a run.

Jeremy Frazier pitched a solid seventh and eighth inning for the win.

For Center Township, Nick Delano doubled twice, Nick Richards singled and doubled, Dane Milich singled and tripled.
