Sri Lanka business school, SRU in talks
SLIPPERY ROCK — Following recent meetings Slippery Rock University and Sri Lankan officials hope to reach a “long-term, mutually beneficial formal agreement,” according to a media release from SRU.
Officials from the National School of Business Management in Colombo, Sri Lanka, visited the campus for the second time in early June.
“The talks were fruitful and substantial,” said Philip Way, Slippery Rock University provost and vice president for academic and student affairs.
The partnership could include possible visits by faculty, staff and students from both institutions for teaching, training, collaborative research projects, workshops and conferences.
