West Sunbury gets 13-12 win

It took 31 hits and seven lead changes to decide a winner between West Sunbury and Kiski in Butler County Legion action Saturday.

West Sunbury — which went on to win, 13-12 — went up for good in the sixth inning behind a three-run homer by Kaleb Eshenbaugh, who finished with four RBI.

Kiski rallied after West Sunbury took a 7-0 lead in the first inning. Zach Adamson (two), Nate Hoshak, Austin Blauser, Eshenbaugh and Brendon Stamm all drove in runs for West Sunbury.

Stamm earned the win for West Sunbury, allowing two runs in 2 2/3 innings of work.
