Butler's school board on Monday voted 5-3 in favor of retaining veteran girls basketball coach Dorothea Epps after an investigation that lasted over two months. Epps' conduct came into question this past season and the board in March approved hiring a Pittsburgh law firm to look into the claims made against her. It was revealed at Monday's meeting that over 23 people were interviewed during the investigation.

Epps has coached Butler's varsity girls basketball team for the past 12 seasons.
