Annabelle L. Hoover

Annabelle L. Hoover, 80, of Butler passed away at 12:10 p.m. Monday at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Annabelle was born June 25, 1934, in Butler. She was the daughter of the late Richard E. Anderson and the late Blanche E. Fair Anderson.

She was a homemaker and a member of the American Legion Post 243 Ladies Auxiliary in West Sunbury.

Annabelle is survived by one daughter, Pamela Anderson of Butler; one son, Ronald (Cindy) Gregory of Butler; five grandchildren; four sisters, Virginia Hockenberry of Grove City, Joan Cumberland of Butler, Patricia Ifft of West Sunbury and Scherri Grazier of Butler.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry “Hank” Hoover; one daughter, LouAnn Gregory; one great-grandson, Memphis Brown; one sister; and one brother.

HOOVER — A memorial service for Annabelle L. Hoover, who died Monday, May 11, 2015, will be scheduled later. Burial will be private.

Arrangements are being handled by the William F. Young Funeral Home.
