Parade kicks off weekend Jeep festival
Jeeps started rolling into Butler just after 2:30 p.m. as a parade started the annual Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival.
Festival organizers hope the parade will be a world record of the most Jeeps in one event. The record is about 1,800 vehicles.
Hundreds of Jeeps will be parked along Main Street until 10 p.m. today for visitors to see.
The festival continues Saturday and Sunday at Cooper's Lake Campground in Worth Township.
