Ryan Bargo tossed a three-hitter and struck out four Tuesday to lead Meridian to a 9-1 victory over Meridian in Butler County legion baseball play.

Bargo threw only 85 pitches in the contest.

Justin Rickert paced Meridian offensively with three singles, two RBI and two runs. Jacob Stutz and Nick Malis both singled and scored a run. Cody Laue had a single and RBI.

Sheldon Hile had two singles, Matt Metzger one single for Butler City.
