Andrew Robert Tarcha, 78, of Chicora passed away today at the Chicora Medical Center.
Friends will be received at the Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday.
