Ruth V. Wheeler

Ruth V. Wheeler, 79, of Cabot passed away Sunday at Concordia Lutheran Ministries in Cabot.

She was born March 26, 1936, to the late Henry G. Weil and Mary C. (Bell) Weil.

Ruth was a graduate of Concord High School and worked at WynDot in Marion, Ohio, retiring in September 1999. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Ruth liked crocheting, gardening, the Steelers, NASCAR and baseball.

Ruth is survived by one son, Roy D. Wheeler Jr. and his wife, Marci, of Butler; two daughters, Kathy RW Bresnahan and her husband, Larry, of Butler, and Pam A. Ouellette of Alabama; three grandchildren, Brittni A. Ouellette of Mississippi, Cody D. Wheeler and Cory R. Wheeler, both of Butler; one step-granddaughter, Tarrah L. Kapsin and her husband, Ron, of Butler; one step-great-grandchild, Evan J. Kapsin; one brother, Richard Weil of Butler; one sister, Twila Chambers; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy D. Wheeler, who she married on April 23, 1957, and who passed away on Sept. 13, 1977; one brother, Dean Bell; and two sisters, Shirley A. Weil and Marcella Brown.

WHEELER — There will be no public visitation for Ruth V. Wheeler, who died Sunday, April 12, 2015. Private services will be at the convenience of the family.
