Jennings Environmental Education Center, Route 528, Brady Township, is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays and on weekends as scheduled. The trails are open daily from sunrise to sunset. Call 724-794-6011.

Succop Nature Park, 185 W. Airport Road, Penn Township, hosts free naturalist-led walks at 9 a.m. Thursdays. Trails are open from dawn to dusk, with dog-friendly walking trails, two ponds and spaces for outdoor activities and education. Foxburg Nature Festival will be held Saturday and Sunday and feature bird walks, lectures, nature hikes, exhibits, a fishing tournament, a 5K walk/run, and a canoe/kayak poker run. More information is available at http://foxburginn.wix.com/naturefest2015.
