Jack Nicholas Blank

Jack Nicholas Blank, 82, of Worthington passed away Friday at the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

He was born Dec. 18, 1932, in McKeesport to the late Francis and Irene (McClaine) Blank.

He was a retired truck driver. He was a member of St. John's Roman Catholic Church in Coylesville. He loved camping, boating and bowling.

He is survived by his children, Janet (Bob) Wilson of Flinton, Pa., Dean (Lori) Blank of Surprise, Ariz., Cheryl (Randy) Hans of Worthington, Diana (Larry) Haugh of Modesto, Calif., and Sam Blank of Hampton, Va.; his siblings, Francis Blank of McKeesport, LaVera (Chambers) Johns of Worthington and Darrell (Pat) Blank of Florida; 20 grandchildren; and 30 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Blank, who died Jan. 8, 2013; and by his wife, Mabel (Wilbert) Blank, whom he married March 25, 1952, and who died Sept. 16, 2007.

BLANK — Friends of Jack Nicholas Blank, who died Friday, April 10, 2015, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, 119 Bear St., Worthington.Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. John's Roman Catholic Church in Coylesville.
