Marigail Dougherty Cavolo
Marigail Dougherty Cavolo, 74, of Cranberry Township passed away Tuesday.
Born on Aug. 26, 1940, in Lilly, she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Dolores McCartney Dougherty.
Marigail was a member of the St. Ferdinand Catholic Church in Cranberry Township
She was a teacher for the Seneca Valley School District for more than 15 years.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her two children, Charles J. Cavolo and his wife, Jenna, of Grove City and Jeanne M. Aluisia and her husband, Brian, of New Castle; her brother, William Dougherty of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; her sister, Jean Marie Reese of Altoona, and her five grandchildren, Brad, Lexie and Shane Cavolo, and Brianna and Tyler Aluisia.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Cavolo, who passed away on March 10, 2002, and her brother, Thomas Dougherty.
Cavolo — Marigail's family will welcome friends of Marigail Dougherty Cavolo, who passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2015, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at the St. Gregory Catholic Church, 2 W. Beaver St., Zelienople, with the Father Lawrence R. Smith, celebrant.
