Emily D. Fennell

Emily D. (Phillips) Fennell, 88, of Monroeville, formerly of Butler, passed away Monday.

She was the beloved wife of the late Kenneth E. “Ken” Fennell Sr. and the late Russell E. Phillips Sr.; the loving mother of Russell (Becky) Phillips, Sherry (Ron) Leipheimer and Jeanie (Paul “Red”) Wohlgemuth; the dear grandmother of Russell (Clara Cheng) Phillips III, Jeff (Emily) Phillips, Laurie (Nicole Zwick) Phillips, Cathy (Ben) Burnheimer, and Chelsey and Kayla Wohlgemuth; the stepgrandmother of Amy (Jay) West, Jana (Todd) Iams and the late Eric Leipheimer; and the great-grandmother of Audryanna Stewart-Phillips, Madalin, Leah, Mya Burnheimer and Carter White. She also is survived by her step-great-grandchildren, Joel, Jordan, Jarrod, Cory and Alexas. She was the sister of Harry Overbeck. She also is survived by her stepchildren, Dennis, Susan, Kathy, Patty, Debbie and Kenneth Jr.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three grandchildren, two brothers and four sisters.

FENNELL — Visitation for Emily D. (Phillips) Fennell, who died Monday, March 9, 2015, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the Bock Funeral Home, 1500 Mount Royal Blvd., Glenshaw.Services will be at the funeral home at 11 a.m. Friday.Interment will be in Lakewood Memorial Gardens, Indiana Township.
