Marjorie L. Paulsen

Marjorie L. Paulsen, 86, of Saxonburg passed away Thursday at her home.

Born on Nov. 11, 1928, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Fred A. Textor and Mary G. McAnany Textor.

Marge worked as a food coordinator for the South Butler School District for 22 years.

She was a member of the Saxonburg Memorial Presbyterian Church. She had served as Worthy Matron of the Maqueda Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star 421 from 1972 to 1973, which is now the Butler Chapter 45.

Surviving are her daughters, Brenda (George) Guido of Lower Burrell and Donna (Bernie Dillaman) Paulsen of Slippery Rock; her grandson, Nathan Wong; and her three great-grandchildren, Leilanie and Kiley Christofano and Xander Wong.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Royce Paulsen, on Sept. 21, 1993.

Paulsen — The friends of Marjorie L. Paulsen, who passed away Thursday, March 5, 2015, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at theFox Funeral Home, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. The Order of the Eastern Star will conduct a service at 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with Carmen Shullo officiating.
